Sandy Spring Museum exhibit tells stories of local teen immigrants

“I like the storytelling of events,” she said. “I wanted the kids to say why they were here and why they wanted to be here.”

Throughout the fall and winter, students learned traditional bookbinding techniques, providing them with a way to share aspects of their personal stories through words, photography and other art.
